forge dynamic relationships, leading national education training programs, consulting on
international development projects and managing organizational improvement portfolios.
Emem demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills fluent in English,
intermediate proficiency in French and basic Spanish.
Leveraging on her various platforms such as podcasting, coaching, consulting, hosting hybrid
events and creative videos, she shares her expertise in practical tool applications and course

A prolific lifelong learner, she most recently gained a MSc in International Business from Anglia
Ruskin, Cambridge also a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCA) in Education Studies from the
University of Cambridge. A lifelong learner, her other qualifications include a MSEd with a focus
in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University, USA; Postgraduate
Diploma (PGDE) in Educational Leadership from the University of Leicester and a BSc in
Psychology for her first degree.2
Certified as a Management Consultant, also a qualified workplace assessor, she has built up
her proficiency in Project management which is a skill she actively practices in her work as an
expert consultant in international development, event management and school improvement
projects.
Her ethos revolves around the premise that Education is integrated into all aspects of life and
business. She actively lives this by connecting education leaders, government stakeholders,
parents, entrepreneurs and brand leaders through her events, podcast, consulting, coaching,
digital channels and speaking platforms.
She has a passion to promote the unique aspects of businesses and has facilitated market entry
for several brands into her growing community of thought leaders.
She is the CEO of the School Resource Center and Co-Founder of the dynamic global platform,
the Annual School Needs Expo (ASNE) integrating interests in education, training, learning
management, curriculum development, business brokerage and evaluation across public and
private sector institutions.
Dividing her time between the UK and Nigeria for the past 4 years, she has successfully
managed her team of staff remotely, adding this skill to creating online courses and programs
to equip business owners to create better structures and systems too.
She sits on the board of several enterprising organizations including ACE Charity Africa,
Bodyline Fitness and an advisor to the panel of ICEOTAS (the Int’l Council Education Other Than
At School).
She is also the Faculty Director of Africa’s premier behavioral change institution - SOBCA.
